नियम व शर्तें

अंतिम अपडेट: 14 October 2026

यह दस्तावेज़ अंग्रेज़ी में उपलब्ध है। कानूनी रूप से अंग्रेज़ी संस्करण ही मान्य होगा।

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Horanadu Corporation Pvt. Ltd. ("Mayantar", the "Company", "we", "us"), the operator of the Mayantar voice-cloning, text-to-speech and lesson-creation platform, including its websites, applications and APIs (together, the "Service").

By ticking the acceptance checkbox at sign-up, by accepting these Terms in any other way we present them, by creating an account, or by using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Program License Agreement, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, school or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation.

The version of these Terms presented to you, the date and time of acceptance, your account identifier and the method of acceptance may be recorded as evidence of the agreement.

2. The Most Important Points

This summary is part of these Terms, but it does not replace the detailed sections that follow. Please read it carefully.

  • You are charged for audio we generate, not for clicks or downloads. Every new piece of audio uses your allowance, including each language in a multi-language generation, each lesson slide, each pronunciation preview and each regeneration of the same text (Section 11).
  • Audio that is generated successfully is charged even if you do not like how it sounds. Generations that fail on our side are not charged (Section 11).
  • AI speech, translation and lesson content can be wrong. You must review every Output before you use or publish it (Section 13).
  • Generated audio is stored for a limited time and then deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep (Section 15).
  • You may only clone your own voice or a voice whose owner has given you explicit consent (Section 6).
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Fees are generally non-refundable (Section 12).
  • Our liability is limited, and you are responsible for how you use the Service and its Output (Sections 21 to 23).

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. The Service is not directed at, and accounts must not be created by, persons under 18.
  • You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (or the equivalent law of your jurisdiction).
  • You must not be barred from using the Service under any applicable law, and your account must not previously have been suspended or terminated by us.

4. The Service

Mayantar lets you generate synthetic speech from text, including speech in our stock voices and in a cloned voice created from an audio sample you provide ("Voice Clone"); translate scripts into other languages; create narrated lessons from topics, documents and slides ("Lessons"); and, where available, make talking-head videos in which one of our own AI-generated stock faces speaks a script in a voice you choose ("Avatar Videos"). Audio, video and other material produced by the Service, including AI-drafted lesson text, is referred to as "Output".

  • We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, including free plans, quality tiers, voice models, supported languages and usage allowances.
  • Features labelled beta, demo, preview, early access or experimental (for example, avatar video or voice transformation) are provided for evaluation only, may be less reliable than the rest of the Service, may be priced separately when they become generally available, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
  • Synthetic speech is generated by machine-learning models and is probabilistic by nature. We do not guarantee that any Output will be accurate, of a particular quality, or a faithful reproduction of any voice.
  • We choose which underlying model produces your audio based on your plan, language and settings, and we may change those models. A change of model can change how a voice sounds and how quickly it uses your allowance.

5. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate and current registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you, including all usage charged to your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.
  • Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or shared, except as expressly permitted for organisational plans.
  • You must not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free allowances, avoid limits, or evade a suspension.

7. Your Content and Licence to Us

"Your Content" means everything you submit to the Service, including voice recordings, uploaded audio, scripts and text prompts, documents and slides you upload for Lessons, pronunciation and style preferences, voice names and settings.

  • You retain all ownership rights you hold in Your Content.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit to our service providers and technically modify Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, secure, maintain and improve the Service, to create the Voice Clones and Outputs you request, to enforce these Terms and to comply with law.
  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to submit Your Content (including the right to upload textbooks, worksheets, slides and other third-party material), and that Your Content does not infringe any third party's rights (including intellectual-property, privacy, publicity and personality rights) and does not violate any law or these Terms.
  • We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we will not use your voice recordings to create voices for other users.

8. Output — Ownership and Your Responsibility

  • Subject to your full compliance with these Terms (including payment obligations and the consent requirements of Section 6), we assign to you our rights, if any, in the Output you generate, and you may use it for lawful personal and, on paid plans, commercial purposes.
  • You acknowledge that similar or identical Output may be generated for other users, and that no assignment is possible in respect of such non-unique material. Stock voices remain subject to the licences listed on our Credits page.
  • YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CONTENT, FOR EVERY OUTPUT YOU GENERATE, AND FOR ALL USES, PUBLICATION, DISTRIBUTION AND CONSEQUENCES OF THAT OUTPUT, ONLINE OR OFFLINE. THE COMPANY PROVIDES A NEUTRAL TECHNICAL TOOL, DOES NOT REVIEW OR ENDORSE ANY OUTPUT, AND ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR HOW YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY USE IT.
  • Before using Output commercially or publicly, you are responsible for ensuring such use complies with all laws applicable to you, including advertising, consumer-protection, education, election, telecom and data-protection laws, and for obtaining any consents or clearances required.
  • Output must not be represented as an authentic recording, statement, endorsement, instruction or evidence of a real person or event. You must preserve required AI disclosures and provenance information when distributing Output.

9. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary — and without limiting the Acceptable Use Policy — you must not use the Service to:

  • impersonate any person, or deceive anyone about the origin, authenticity or human origin of audio;
  • clone or use any voice without the consent required by Section 6;
  • commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering or unauthorised access to systems or accounts (including voice-authentication systems);
  • create or spread misinformation, fabricated statements attributed to real people, or content intended to interfere with elections or civic processes;
  • harass, defame, threaten, exploit or harm any person, or create sexual content involving a real person without their consent or involving minors in any circumstance;
  • violate any applicable law, including telecom and anti-spam regulations governing robocalls and automated messages;
  • remove, disable or circumvent watermarks, provenance signals, usage limits, metering or security measures of the Service, or use automated means to access the Service other than our published API.

10. AI Disclosure and Watermarking

  • Output may include audible or inaudible watermarks or provenance metadata identifying it as AI-generated. You must not remove, obscure or tamper with these.
  • Where the context could mislead a listener into believing Output is genuine human speech or a genuine recording of a real person, you must clearly disclose that the audio is AI-generated, and in any event you must make any disclosure required by applicable law.

11. Allowances, Credits and How Usage Is Charged

Each plan includes a usage allowance, shown on our Pricing page and in your account. Paid plans measure usage in credits, which we may also express as minutes of audio; the free plan measures usage in minutes. This section explains exactly what uses your allowance. The "What uses your minutes" section of the Pricing page lists the same actions in short form.

The following actions use your allowance:

  • Generating speech: charged by the length of the audio actually produced. Different languages and voice models use the allowance at different rates; the rate that applies is reflected in the estimate shown before you generate.
  • Generating in several languages: each language is a separate generation and is charged separately.
  • Translating a script: charged per target language at the rate shown before you confirm. Paid plans only.
  • Recording a lesson: each slide is a separate generation and is charged separately. Editing a slide's text, voice, speed, model or pronunciation and recording again is a new generation and is charged again for the affected slides.
  • Pronunciation previews: each time you play a pronunciation, a new short audio clip is generated and charged.
  • Avatar Videos (paid plans only): charged by the length of the video produced, at a rate that is much higher per second than speech because video uses far more computing. The voice narration for the video is a separate generation and is charged at the speech rate on top. The estimate shown before you start covers the video; the narration is charged as described in this section. If the video fails or you cancel it before it starts, the video charge is released, but narration that was already generated stays charged.
  • Regenerating: generating the same text again, in any feature, is a new generation and is charged again. We do not reuse earlier audio to avoid a charge unless the feature says so.

How a charge is calculated:

  • When you start a generation we reserve an estimated amount based on the length of your text. When the generation finishes, the reservation is replaced by the amount for the audio actually produced, which may be more or less than the estimate. Estimates and quotes shown in the app are approximate.
  • A generation that fails, is rejected by moderation before it runs, is cancelled while still queued, or is interrupted on our side (for example, by maintenance) is not charged, and any reservation is released.
  • A generation that completes is charged even if you are unhappy with the result, including its pronunciation, emotion, pacing, accent or similarity to the source voice. Output quality is subjective and depends heavily on the text and reference recording you provide (see Section 13).
  • If audio produced is unusually long for its text (for example, because a reference recording contained little or no speech), the charge reflects the audio actually produced. Use clear reference recordings to avoid this.
  • If you believe Output is defective because of a technical fault on our side (for example, a silent or corrupted file, or audio substantially unrelated to your text), please report it using the "Report a problem" button on that generation, ideally within 7 days, with enough detail to identify it. We will review the report and, where we find a fault on our side, we may restore the allowance used. Reports made later than 7 days may not be eligible. Restoring allowance is the only remedy we offer for such a fault, and the decision is at our reasonable discretion.

Nature of allowances and credits:

  • Credits and minutes are a measure of your entitlement to use the Service. They are not money, have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn or refunded.
  • Paid allowances apply to the billing period in which they are granted and do not carry over unless we say otherwise in writing. The free plan's allowance, its amount and whether it renews are as shown on the Pricing page and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • If actual usage exceeds your remaining allowance (for example, because a generation ran longer than estimated), the difference is still deducted, and we may restrict further generation until your allowance renews or you upgrade.
  • We may correct any metering or billing error in either direction, including by adjusting your balance.
  • Some activities that cost us money are included without using your allowance, such as content-safety checks, voice cloning and creating or editing lesson drafts. To keep the Service available to everyone we may apply rate limits, daily limits or fair-use limits to them, and we may change which activities are included.
  • Allowance that is unused when your plan ends, is downgraded, or when your account is suspended, terminated or deleted is forfeited.

12. Payments, Subscriptions, Renewals, Cancellation and Refunds

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown in INR or USD depending on the checkout region you choose; the recurring total shown at checkout may include a platform fee or payment-gateway charge in addition to the base plan price, plus applicable taxes such as GST.
  • Before you subscribe, we will show the recurring total, billing frequency, material plan limits and available cancellation method. Your affirmative checkout action authorises recurring charges until cancellation; pre-ticked consent or hidden charges are not used.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay and PayPal) under their own terms. We do not store your full card or bank details. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion, international-transaction or other fees, which are your responsibility.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we or the payment gateway may retry it. If payment cannot be collected, we may move your account to the free plan or suspend paid features until payment is made.
  • Price changes apply to new subscriptions. A price change does not change the price of a subscription you already hold. Changing your checkout region affects future checkouts only.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain paid access until then.
  • Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable, including for partly used billing periods, unused allowances, Output you are dissatisfied with, or suspension or termination of your account for breach of these Terms. If you believe you were charged twice for the same period or charged because of an error on our side, please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 15 days of the charge, using the billing report in Settings or by writing to us. We will review it and, where we confirm an error on our side, we will refund or credit the erroneous charge. Later reports may not be eligible. Refunds are made through the original payment method and may take several working days to reach you.
  • If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback) instead of contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is open, and we may provide the payment provider with records of your subscription, acceptance of these Terms and usage (including generations made and allowance used) as evidence. If a chargeback is decided in your favour for a charge that was valid, we may terminate your account.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes other than taxes on our income. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically.

13. Limitations of AI Output — What Can Go Wrong

AI-generated speech, translation and text are imperfect. By using the Service you accept that Output may, among other things:

  • mispronounce words, names, acronyms, numbers, dates, currencies, technical terms or words borrowed from other languages, or apply the wrong stress, intonation or emotion;
  • skip, repeat, add or reorder words, insert pauses, breaths, clicks, noise, distortion or other artefacts, or change speed, volume or tone partway through;
  • sound different from the source voice, drift in accent, gender or age, or sound different between generations of the same text;
  • produce audio that is much longer than expected, or that contains unintelligible speech, especially when the reference recording is short, noisy, silent or in a different language from the text;
  • transliterate or translate text incorrectly, change its meaning, or use words that are inappropriate for your audience;
  • in Lessons, contain AI-drafted explanations, examples, facts, calculations or answers that are wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for your students, or misread uploaded documents (including fractions, formulas, tables, columns, handwriting and scanned pages);
  • be blocked or delayed by automated content-safety checks even when your content is lawful, or pass those checks even when it is not.

You are responsible for listening to and reading every Output before you use, publish, sell or teach with it, and for correcting it. Output must not be relied upon for emergency announcements, medical, legal, financial or safety instructions, or any purpose where an error could cause harm. Content-safety checks exist to protect the Service; they are not a review of your Output for accuracy, legality or suitability.

14. Availability, Queues and Limits

  • The Service depends on third-party cloud, GPU and AI providers. Generations may be queued, take longer than usual (for example, while a model starts up), or fail and need to be resubmitted. Paid plans may receive queue priority as described on the Pricing page; priority is not a guarantee of speed.
  • We may perform maintenance or updates that interrupt the Service or in-progress generations. Interrupted generations are handled as described in Section 11.
  • Unless we have agreed a written service-level agreement with you, we do not guarantee any level of availability, speed or uptime, and we are not liable for delays or downtime.
  • We apply limits to protect the Service, including limits on text length, generation length, number of requests, uploads, lessons, voice clones and daily usage. Limits may differ by plan and may change.
  • Lesson recordings are processed in batches. Long lessons may take time to record fully, and recording may continue only while the lesson is open or is next opened.

15. Storage, Retention and Deletion

  • Generated audio and its history are kept for a limited period that depends on your plan (currently about 30 days on the free plan and about 365 days on paid plans) and are then deleted automatically. We may change these periods prospectively.
  • The Service is not a backup or archive. Download and keep your own copies of any Output, Voice Clone samples or lesson material you want to keep. We are not liable for loss of Output or content that has expired or been deleted under these Terms or the Privacy Policy, or that is lost because of a technical failure.
  • Avatar Videos, and the scripts they were made from, are kept until you delete them or delete your account, and are then removed. Your plan limits how many Avatar Videos you can keep at once; to make a new one when you are at the limit, delete an existing one.
  • Voice samples are kept while the Voice Clone exists. Published lessons and their audio are kept while the lesson exists. Records connected to moderation, consent, abuse reports or legal claims may be kept longer, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Deleting a Voice Clone, lesson or your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining allowance and does not entitle you to a refund.

16. Third-Party Services

  • We use third-party providers to run the Service, including cloud hosting and storage, GPU computing, AI models for content safety, translation and lesson drafting, authentication, e-mail and payment gateways. Your Content may be processed by these providers, inside or outside India, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We are not responsible for outages, errors, changes or policies of third-party providers, or for third-party websites, services or content linked from the Service, beyond our own obligations under these Terms and applicable law.
  • Sign-in with a third-party account (such as Google) is also subject to that provider's terms.

17. Lessons, Avatar Videos and Educational Use

  • Lessons are a tool for teachers and other adult presenters. You are the author and presenter of every lesson you create, including any slides, explanations and narration the Service drafts for you, and you are responsible for their accuracy, suitability for your students and compliance with your institution's policies and the curriculum you teach.
  • Before recording or publishing a lesson you must review its content. We may record your approval of the narrated text as evidence of what you approved.
  • You must have the right to upload and adapt any documents, textbooks, worksheets or slides you use. Publishers' copyright continues to apply to their material.
  • A published lesson can be watched by anyone who has its link. You decide who receives the link and are responsible for sharing it appropriately. Students who watch a lesson are not parties to these Terms; you must not use Lessons to collect personal information from students, and you are responsible for complying with any laws and school rules that apply to the children you teach.
  • A lesson narrated in a cloned voice is subject to Section 6 in full.

Avatar Videos:

  • Avatar Videos use only the AI-generated stock faces we provide. The faces are not real people, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. You cannot upload a face of your own or of anyone else, and you must not try to make the Service animate a real person's likeness.
  • An Avatar Video is AI-generated. You must make clear that it is AI-generated wherever it could be mistaken for a recording of a real person, and you must not remove any marking we add (Section 10).
  • You are responsible for the script, for the voice you choose (which is subject to Section 6 if it is a Voice Clone) and for how you use the video. You must not use an Avatar Video to impersonate, deceive, harass or make claims on behalf of any real person or organisation (Section 9).
  • Lip-sync quality varies by language and voice, and is currently better in English than in some other languages including Hindi. We do not guarantee that speech and mouth movement will match perfectly.
  • Videos take several minutes to make, are limited in length, and may be queued behind other work. We may remove an Avatar Video, or refuse to make one, under Section 20.

18. Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or other feedback about the Service, you allow us to use them for any purpose without obligation or payment to you. Feedback does not include Your Content.

19. Intellectual Property of the Service

The Service — including its software, models, interfaces, design, stock voices, trademarks (including "Mayantar") and all related intellectual property — is owned by the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and the Program License Agreement, no rights are granted to you. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell or create derivative works of the Service, or use the Service or Output to train, benchmark or improve competing voice or speech models.

20. Moderation, Suspension and Termination

  • We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, review or moderate Your Content and Output, using automated tools and human review, for compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
  • We may remove content, disable Voice Clones, unpublish lessons, withhold Output, and suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or to protect the Service, other users or third parties. Allowance used for content later removed under this section is not restored, and suspension or termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
  • For credible reports of non-consensual cloning, fraud, threats, sexual exploitation, election interference or imminent harm, we may temporarily restrict access while investigating, preserve relevant account and consent records, and cooperate with lawful emergency or preservation requests.
  • You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 11 (as to amounts already charged), 12 (as to amounts owed and chargebacks), 13, 15 and 21 through 25 survive termination.
  • We comply with lawful requests from courts, law-enforcement and government authorities, which may include disclosing account information and content as described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your Content, your Voice Clones, your lessons or your Output, or any use, publication or distribution thereof by you or by anyone who obtained it from you;
  • your breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or any applicable law;
  • your failure to obtain, maintain or honour any consent required under Section 6;
  • any claim by a person whose voice, identity or rights were used, imitated or affected through your use of the Service;
  • any claim by a student, parent, school or publisher arising from a lesson you created or shared; and
  • any tax, regulatory or third-party claim connected with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence. This Section survives termination of these Terms.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUT (INCLUDING TRANSLATIONS AND AI-DRAFTED LESSON CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, FREE OF ARTEFACTS, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE, OR THAT CONTENT-SAFETY, SPEAKER-VERIFICATION OR DOCUMENT-READING FEATURES WILL BE ERROR-FREE. THE SERVICE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR, AND MUST NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR, EMERGENCY SERVICES, MEDICAL, LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE, OR ANY USE WHERE FAILURE COULD CAUSE DEATH, INJURY OR SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE.

23. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (A) THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, CONTENT OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; (B) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (II) INR 1,000; AND (C) WE HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR CONTENT, YOUR OUTPUT, OR ANY USE OF EITHER BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
  • Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with that Act. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
  • Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts at Lucknow, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Either party may seek interim or injunctive relief from such courts to protect its rights (including intellectual-property rights) pending arbitration.
  • Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer commission, regulator or other forum that applicable law permits and whose jurisdiction cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • To the extent permitted by law, all claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

25. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Grievance Officer contact is grievance@bimbient.com, Horanadu Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Complaints, including billing complaints, will be acknowledged within the timelines prescribed by applicable law (currently within 24 hours) and resolved within the prescribed period. To report misuse of a voice (including a clone of your voice made without consent), email grievance@bimbient.com with details and, where possible, a link to or copy of the offending audio.

A useful report identifies the affected person, the disputed voice or Output, where it was found, why the reporter believes consent or law was violated, and a safe way to contact the reporter. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Mark imminent threats or active fraud as urgent and also contact the appropriate emergency, police or cybercrime authority; our reporting channel is not an emergency service.

26. Electronic Records and Communications

  • These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and are accepted electronically; no physical or digital signature is required.
  • You agree that we may send you notices, receipts and other communications about your account and the Service by e-mail or in the Service, and that such communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Service and billing messages cannot be switched off while you have an account; marketing messages can.
  • Our records of your account, acceptance of these Terms, payments and usage are evidence of those matters unless you show they are wrong.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by e-mail or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect, and we may ask you to accept the updated Terms before you continue using the Service. Changes do not apply retroactively to charges already made. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription and delete your account.

28. General

  • Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Program License Agreement, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements on that subject. If a separate written agreement signed by us conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails for its subject matter.
  • Severability — if any provision is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No waiver — our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
  • Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure — we are not liable for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, epidemics, network or power failures, cyber-attacks, government action, strikes or third-party service outages.
  • Export and sanctions — you must not use the Service in violation of export-control or sanctions laws, or from a country or by a person subject to such restrictions.
  • Language — these Terms are written in English, which is the binding version. Translations of the Service's interface are provided for convenience.
  • No agency — nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and us.
